For the non-exclusive supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to provide tree injection services for the City of Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division for the period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, the General Manager of Parks, Forestry and Recreation will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
