Description:

The development and delivery of Special Constable training for our Traffic Agents. The term of the agreement is to be for the period from date of award to December 31, 2024, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional separate one (1) year periods.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the General Manager of Transportation Services Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above cost calculations for the Option Years are fixed and reflect what was submitted by the recommended supplier. Consumer Price Index is not applicable to the Option years.
