Description:

For IBM Maximo Licenses and Support Subscription for the City of Toronto's Technology Services Division for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of award to December 31, 2023, with an option to extend the contract for an additional term of up to one (1) year.

Should the option be exercised, then the Manager of Application Services, Technology Services Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewal under the same terms and conditions.
