For the supply and delivery of Three (3) latest model Conventional cab and Truck Chassis with 22 inch (6.7 metre) van body, 26,000 pound (11,793 kilogram) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, with option to purchase an additional Fourteen (14) units in 2023-2024, One (1) unit in 2024-2025, One (1) unit in 2025-2026 and One (1) unit in 2026-2027, pending budget availability. Upon Award of this Request for Quotation, the Supplier and the City will have a Contract from the date of award to May 31, 2027 for a one (1) year term with four (4) one-year option periods, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation and any applicable City policy.
