Description:

For the non-exclusive design, materials, supply, delivery, installation, maintenance and warranty of various specialized and custom fabricated products to support the City of Toronto’s Paramedic Services Division operations, from April 19, 2022 to April 18, 2023, with the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional separate one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Chief of Toronto Paramedic Services will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.
