Description:

Supply of all competent labour, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, testing devices, skilled trades and supervision to perform Minor Building Repairs, including maintenance, preservation, replacement, preparation, and basic installations to various locations throughout the City of Toronto for the Corporate Real Estate Management Division, Solid Waste Management Division and Municipal Licensing and Standards Division. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year extension.

Should the option(s) be exercised, then the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate Management Division will request the Chief Procurement Officer to process the renewals under the same terms and conditions.

The above calculations for the option years reflect an estimated 2 percent increase in the Consumer Price Index.
