Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Adopted the 2022 calendar of meeting dates for the Toronto Zoo Board and its Committees, as set out in the report (November 25, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo, and as amended by motion 1 by Councillor McKelvie.
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo 2022 meeting dates are as follows:
Monday, February 14 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 14 - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 9 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 15 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 13 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 8 - 2:00 p.m.
2. Directed sub-committee meetings to be scheduled at the call of the Chief Executive Officer of the Toronto Zoo.
3. Changed the name of the Animal Acquisition Committee to further be known as the Animal Committee.
4. Gave notice of amending Section 33 (7) of its Procedural By-law to change the name of the "Animal Acquisition Committee" to the "Animal Committee".
5. Appointed Claudia Brabazon and Rebecca Pang to the Policy and Finance Committee.
6. Appointed Matthew Lombardi to the Animal Committee.

1. Amend the start time of the April 14, 2022, meeting from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
That the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Appoint Claudia Brabazon, and Rebecca Pang to the Policy and Finance Committee.
2. Appoint Matthew Lombardi to the Animal Committee.
3. Give notice of amending Section 33 (7) of its Procedural By-law to change the name of the "Animal Acquisition Committee" to the "Animal Committee".
