Board Decision
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:
1. Elected Cynthia Holmes as Vice-Chair of the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo for a two-year term of office ending December 8, 2023, and until a successor is appointed.

Summary
A vacancy in the office of Vice-Chair occurred when Vanessa Choy's term of office on the Board came to an end effective November 14, 2021.
In accordance with the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo Procedural By-law Section 9(5), the Board shall elect a Vice-Chair at its first meeting following a vacancy occurring in the office. The term of office shall be two years unless the Board otherwise specifies.
All members are eligible for election.
