The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo:

1. Adopted the list of Committee members as outlined in Appendix I to the report (March 26, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo.

2. Adopted the Terms of Reference as outlined in Appendix II to the report (March 26, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, Toronto Zoo.

3. Adopted the Chief Executive Officer's recommendation to dissolve the Committee upon the completion of the 2021 Master Plan, at which point the final plan will be brought forward to the Toronto Zoo Board of Management for review and approval.
