Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.
The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Baby Point Gates, Cabbagetown, College West, Dovercourt Village, Dupont by the Castle, Kensington Market and Liberty Village BIA Boards of Management.
