Community Council Decision
The Toronto and East York Community Council:
1. Approved the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "2", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report (March 16, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 2 to exclude the development located at 150 Sterling Road.
Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 2 is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development at 150 Sterling Road.
