Community Council Decision

Scarborough Community Council:

 

1. Re-opened Item SC24.18, entitled "Improving safety on Rouge Hills Drive" by deleting Recommendation 1 and replacing it with the following new Recommendations:

 

1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the east and north side of Rouge Hills Drive between Lawrence Avenue East and East Avenue.

 

2. Prohibited parking to be in effect at all times on the east and north side of Rouge Hills Drive between Island Road and East Avenue.

Summary

The Scarborough Community Council, at its meeting on May 18, 2021, regarding Item SC24.18, adopted parking prohibitions in response to resident traffic safety concerns about Rouge Hills Drive.

 

It has been discovered that there was a minor technical error in the recommendations and require correction.
