Summary

Scarborough Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries.

The purpose of this report is to remove two directors from the Crossroads of the Danforth BIA Board of Management, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 19 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code. The removals include a resignation and a removal related to board attendance.
