Scarborough Community Council:
1. Prohibited standing on the west and north side of Eastville Avenue from a point 61 metres south of Kingston Road to Gradwell Drive, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from May 1 to September 30 of each year.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
Transportation Services is recommending that standing be prohibited on one side of Eastville Avenue which is negatively impacted by the overwhelming number of people visiting Bluffers Park and parking on both sides of the road for extended periods during seasonal weekends and public holidays. The proposed changes will deter parking on one side of the road and allow for improved two-way traffic flow and reduce congestion during Bluffers Parks most busy times on weekends and public holidays from May 1 to September 30.
