Community Council Decision
Scarborough Community Council:
1. Designated part or those parts of the private road or roads shown on the site plan filed with the Acting Fire Chief in respect of the municipal addresses set out below, as fire routes pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 880 - Fire Routes - 29 to 117 Jolly Way (Odd #'s inclusive), 110 to 150 Cleanside Road and 1395 Tapscott Road.
2. Authorized the Fire Chief and City Solicitor to take the appropriate action to make a designated Fire Route.
