Committee Decision
The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorize the bargaining mandates with Unifor Local 2003E and SEIU Local 2, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 4, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 4, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.
