The TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee:

1. Requested the President and Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with AMS Planning & Research, to take into consideration the Committee's feedback and comments in developing the next steps in the Strategic Planning process.

Michelle Walter, Managing Director/Project Advisor, Lynette Turner, Senior Associate/Project Manager, and Kristian Otten, Consultant and Research Lead from AMS Planning & Research gave a presentation on Goals and Objectives.

Summary

Representatives from AMS Planning & Research will facilitate a discussion on the TO Live Strategic Plan. The strategic plan's goals, that have been developed keeping in mind all planning and learnings to date, as well as TO Live’s purpose, mission and vision statements will be shared and discussed.
