The TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee:

1.  Forwards the presentation and information to the Board of Directors of TO Live for consideration at its meeting on September 24, 2021.

2.  Directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, in consultation with AMS Planning & Research, to report to the Board of Directors of TO Live to provide any revised wording of the purpose statement, based on the feedback from the Committee.

Steve Wolff, Principal/Thought Partner; Michelle Walter, Managing Director/Project Advisor; and Lynette Turner, Senior Associate/Project Manager from AMS Planning & Research gave a presentation TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee - Purpose and Organizational Change Workshop.

Representatives from AMS Planning & Research will lead an electronic workshop to explore TO Live’s purpose and to test TO Live’s current and recently redefined vision and mission statement against desired future success.

AMS will bring together internal and external perceptions, opportunities, trends and best practices to identify possible alternate scenarios for the future.  Using measures of success defined earlier in the process, they will facilitate a dialogue regarding priorities in order to develop a future purpose statement.

The purpose of this report is to provide materials to support the development of TO Live's Strategic Plan.
