Steve Wolff, Principal/Thought Partner; Lynette Turner, Senior Associate/Project Manager; Michelle Walter, Managing Director/Project Advisor; and Kristian Otten, Consultant and Research Lead, AMS Planning & Research gave a presentation on TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee - Situation Analysis, SWOT and Success Workshop.

Summary

Representatives from AMS Planning & Research will conduct a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) Analysis and Defining Success Workshop. Having gathered background data and developed an understanding of the TO Live organization, AMS will facilitate an electronic workshop to undertake a SWOT analysis, to share initial observations and hear from the group regarding the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as defining success.
