Committee Decision
The TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorize the public release of the confidential information contained in Confidential Appendices 1 through 6 to the report (February 5, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live once adopted by the Board and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
