Members, I will now review the Order Paper. 

 

We have 1 deferred Item before us today:

 

DM38.1.

 

The Mayor has designated Item IE26.16 on "TransformTO – Critical Steps for Net Zero by 2040" and Item PH29.3 on "Recommended Parking Requirements for New Development" as his Key Matters for this meeting.  These will be our first items of business today.

         

The Notice of Motion run through is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday only if the Mayor's Key Matters are completed. 

 

Members, Item EX28.1 on Toronto Hydro Climate Action Plan and Next Steps is related to the Mayor's first Key Matter, Item IE26.16.  I propose that they be considered together.

 

Mayor Tory do you consent to the joining of this Item with your key matter?

 

Members there are also a number of other related matters on the agenda that I propose be considered together:

 

Items DM38.1 and EC26.16 on Affordable and Accessible Child Care
 

Items IE26.9 and IE26.10 on the 2021 Cycling Network Plan update and 2021 Cycling Infrastructure Installation.

There are 87 Items left on the agenda, including 42 Member Motions. 

 

Council has started but not completed consideration of Item EX28.14 on Ontario Line Downtown Stations and temporary road closures.

 

Item EX28.12 on the Metrolinx Subway Program will be considered after Item EX28.14.

 

The Member Motion run through will be considered at 2 p.m. today.  Item TE29.17 will the first Item after Member Motions.

Council has timed several matters for today:

 

Item IE26.12 on Micro Utility Devices will be our first item of business.

 

Item GL27.19 on Vehicle for Hire update will be our second item of business.

 

Item IE26.6 on Actions to Reaffirm Toronto's Tree Canopy Target  and Item IE26.14 on Missing Link Sidewalk Program - Dwight Avenue Sidewalk Installation will be considered together as our third item of business.
