The CreateTO - Human Resources Committee:

1.  Directed that confidential attachment 1 to the report (June 24, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO remain confidential as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable person or persons.

The Board of Directors of CreateTO considered the item at its meeting on July 7, 2021.

The Board of Directors of CreateTO:

1.    Established a Human Resources Committee and:

a.   appointed the following members to the Committee: Sandra Levy (Chair), Dennis Fotinos, Councillor Paula Fletcher and Marcie Zajdeman;

b.  requested the Committee to consider the report (June 24, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, and any other related human resources matters;

c.   requested the Committee to report back to the Board in September on the report (June24, 2021) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO, and a proposed terms of reference for the Committee;

d.  requested the City Clerk to provide meeting management support to the Committee.
