Board Decision
The Board of Directors of CreateTO:
1. Directed that Councillor Ana Bailão be included on the CEO Search Selection Panel, established by the Board on October 9, 2020 (RA17.7).

The Board of Directors of CreateTO recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to personal matters about an identifiable person or persons and to a position and instruction to be applied to negotiations to be carried on by or on behalf of the Board of Directors of CreateTO.
Summary
Further to the decisions of the Board of Directors of CreateTO at its meetings on October 9, 2020 [Item RA17.7] and on May 11, 2021 [Item RA22.4] regarding the position of Chief Executive Officer, the Chair will provide an update on the recruitment process for Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO.
