The Board of Directors of CreateTO:

1.  Approved the selection of the preferred respondent, as identified in the Confidential Attachment to the report (May 10, 2021) from the Board Chair.

2.  Authorized the release of the information in the Confidential Attachment to the report (May 10, 2021) from the Board Chair after the respondents to the request for proposals have been notified and at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer.

This is further to the decision of the Board of Directors of CreateTO at its meeting on October 9, 2020 on Item RA17.7 regarding the position of Chief Executive Officer at CreateTO.  A request for proposals for an executive search consultant to assist with the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer for CreateTO was issued on February 16, 2021.

Responses to the request for proposals have been received and evaluated. A preferred respondent (“Preferred Respondent”), identified in the Confidential Attachment to this letter, has been selected, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of CreateTO. The purpose of this letter is to seek the approval of the Preferred Respondent by the Board of Directors of CreateTO.
