The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:

1. Approved the conditional settlement set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (July 14, 2021) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority.

2.  Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (July 14, 2021) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority.

3.  Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (July 14, 2021) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects Toronto Parking Authority and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.

The purpose of this report is to confirm instructions regarding a settlement of monies owed by numbered company, 2261016 Ontario Corporation, who operates Vescio Funeral Homes Inc., to Toronto Parking Authority for the use of parking spaces at Car Park No. 658 located at 2054 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario.

This report is to advise that the complete report is being compiled and will be submitted upon completion for consideration by the Board of Directors at its scheduled July 19, 2021 meeting.

The purpose of this report is to confirm instructions regarding a settlement of monies owed by numbered company, 2261016 Ontario Corporation, who operates Vescio Funeral Homes Inc., to Toronto Parking Authority for the use of parking spaces at Car Park No. 658 located at 2054 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario.
