Board Decision
The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:
1. Authorized the President, Toronto Parking Authority, to proceed with the mitigation and remediation recommendations as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (July 5, 2021) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority.
2. Directed the President, Toronto Parking Authority, to provide the report (July 5, 2021) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority to the City of Toronto Chief Technology Officer for validation and compliance to be included in the City's cyber-security baseline analysis.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (July 5, 2021) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in their entirety, as they pertain to the security of property belonging to the City or one of its agencies or corporations.
