3.  Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 28, 202), from the President, Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the Toronto Parking Authority and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.

Summary

Through a detailed review of the Bike Share Toronto revenue collection procedures, Toronto Parking Authority has worked with its third-party partners to agree on the reconciliation of under reported receivables. The purpose of this report is to provide an update on a proposed settlement with Toronto Parking Authority's contractors involved in the Bike Share Toronto program.

That the Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority amend Recommendation 3 in the report (April 28, 2021) from the City Solicitor and the President, Toronto Parking Authority by adding the words "pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the Toronto Parking Authority and" before the words "contains advice" so that Recommendation 3 now reads as follows:

Toronto Parking Authority Board of Directors direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to litigation or potential litigation that affects the Toronto Parking Authority and contains advice which is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
