Board Decision
The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:
1. Approved the recommendations outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 25, 2021) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority.
2. Directed the President, Toronto Parking Authority, in consultation with the Chief People Officer and the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration, to report back to the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority on the Equity Impacts of the proposed direction for the collective agreement negotiation, using the City of Toronto's equity impact analysis and feedback from the External Review Panel, if practicable and appropriate in the discretion of the President, Toronto Parking Authority.
3. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (January 25, 2021) from the President, Toronto Parking Authority remain confidential in its entirety as it contains information pertaining to labour relations and employee negotiations.

Motions
That the Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority:
1. Direct the President, Toronto Parking Authority, in consultation with the Chief People Officer and the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration, to report back to the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority on the Equity Impacts of the proposed direction for the collective agreement negotiation, using the City of Toronto's equity impact analysis and feedback from the External Review Panel.
That the Board of Directors, Toronto Parking Authority amend Motion 1 by Councillor Layton by adding to the end the words "if practicable and appropriate in the discretion of the President, Toronto Parking Authority" so that it now reads as follows:
1. Direct the President, Toronto Parking Authority, in consultation with the Chief People Officer and the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration, to report back to the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Parking Authority on the Equity Impacts of the proposed direction for the collective agreement negotiation, using the City of Toronto's equity impact analysis and feedback from the External Review Panel, if practicable and appropriate in the discretion of the President, Toronto Parking Authority.
