Motion to Introduce Motion without Notice moved by Councillor Joe Cressy (Carried)

That Councillor Cressy be permitted to add to the agenda of today's meeting an urgent Motion without Notice concerning:

60 Brant Street – Expediting Streetscape Improvements Adjacent to City-owned Property Leased for Youth Transitional Housing

Reason for Urgency:

This Motion is urgent because Eva's Phoenix has now been occupied for a number of years, and the adjacent work on the Waterworks and in St. Andrew's Playground is nearly complete. Council direction to expedite this work is necessary in order for permits to be issued and work to begin without additional delay.
