City Council Decision
City Council on November 9, 10 and 12, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council direct the General Manager, Transportation Services to report back to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee in the first quarter of 2022 on how vehicle speed data is collected, managed and actioned in the City of Toronto, as well as the key performance indicators and metrics around speed management.
2. City Council direct the General Manager, Transportation Services to develop options to accelerate the implementation of Vision Zero for consideration through the 2022 budget process.
