City Council Decision
City Council on June 8 and 9, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council waive the two-term limit provision of the Public Appointments Policy and appoint Jonathan Ahee to the Toronto Film, Television and Digital Media Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on November 14, 2022.
2. City Council thank Warren Ross of the CMPA for his contribution to the Toronto Film, Television and Digital Media Board and appoint Marcia Douglas of CMPA to the Toronto Film, Television and Digital Media Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term ending on November 14, 2022.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM34.4 be referred to the Civic Appointments Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
