City Council Decision
City Council on May 5 and 6, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend the Approved 2021 Transportation Services 2021-2030 Capital Budget and Plan to redirect the project cost within the Neighbourhood Improvement Program from CTP417-04 - Trent Avenue, Kelvin Avenue and Luttrell Avenue to new CTP421-03 – Main Street Toronto Transit Commission Station Laneways, in the amount of $150,000, with funding from Section 37 community benefits obtained from the development at 14 Trent Avenue (Source Account: XR3026-3700796), to improve the laneways around the Main Street Toronto Transit Commission station to be completed by The Laneway Project.
2. City Council authorize the General Manager, Transportation Services, to release funding to The Laneway Project, subject to The Laneway Project signing an Undertaking outlining terms and conditions governing the use of the funds, the financial reporting requirements, and the adherence to relevant City policies as applicable.
