City Council on May 5 and 6, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend Part 2 of its decision on Item 2020.PH16.4 to add and adopt the following: ", except for applications with addresses in the Toronto and East York district which may be heard by a panel consisting of members that were appointed outside of the Toronto and East York district."

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that consideration of Motion MM32.13 requires a re-opening of Item PH16.4 (City Council – September 30, October 1 and 2, 2020). A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to re-open the Item.
That City Council delete the Recommendation:
Recommendation to be deleted
1. City Council delete Part 2 of its decision on Item 2020.PH16.4 and adopt instead the following:
2. City Council resolve that, notwithstanding Section 4-2 of the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Adjustment, Committee of, and By-law 1134-2019, all members appointed to the Committee of Adjustment shall be deemed to be cross-appointed to all Districts and Panels only when there are an insufficient number of district-based members available to strike a panel and for the purposes of hearing applications with addresses in the Toronto and East York district until the end of November 14, 2022, and until their successors are appointed.
and adopt instead the following new recommendation:
