City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, in consultation with the City Solicitor and the Chief Building Official and Executive Director, Toronto Building, to report to the May 5, 2021 meeting of City Council on the feasibility of deferring the payment of development charges in the amount of $153,101.33 for the Anduhyaun Shelter, a violence against women emergency shelter servicing Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal women with or without children who are fleeing violence.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM31.6 be referred to the Executive Committee. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
