City Council Decision
City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the City Solicitor and appropriate City Staff to attend at the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing to oppose Applications B0043/20NY, A0584/20NY, and A0585/20NY respecting 190 Gordon Road.
2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to negotiate a settlement of the appeal of the decision in Applications B0043/20NY, A0584/20NY, and A0585/20NY respecting 190 Gordon Road and City Council authorize the City Solicitor to settle the matter on behalf of the City at the City Solicitor's discretion after consultation with the Ward Councillor and with the Director of Community Planning, North York District.
