City Council Decision
City Council on April 7 and 8, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council authorize the General Manager, Parks, Forestry and Recreation to execute a shared use license agreement with the Toronto Catholic District School Board for the City’s use of 40 parking spaces for overflow parking located at the Toronto Catholic District School Board’s property at 20 Starview Lane, and for the Toronto Catholic District School Board’s use of a multi-sports pad at the proposed Western North York Community Centre for a term of twenty years commencing on a date to be mutually agreed upon by the parties, and on terms and conditions satisfactory to the General Manager, Parks, Forestry and Recreation and in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
