City Council on April 7 and 8 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council request the General Manager, Transportation Services to offer a reasonable grace period for CafeTO applications where the only outstanding documentation pertains to insurance, in order for as many businesses as possible to achieve the earlier planned installation date.
