City Council Decision

City Council on March 10, 2021, adopted the following:

 

1. City Council amend Zoning By-laws 1542-2019 and 1543-2019 for the lands at 2010-2016 Bathurst Street in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendments attached as Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (March 1, 2021) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.

 

2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendments as may be required.

 

3. City Council determine that the changes contained within the revised By-laws are minor, technical in nature, and reflective of the original proposal and plans considered by City Council, and, pursuant to subsection 34(17) of the Planning Act, no further public notice is required in respect of the proposed amendment to the Zoning By-laws.

Motion to Waive Referral (Carried)

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, require that Motion MM30.2 be referred to the Toronto and East York Community Council. A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to waive referral.
