City Council Decision

City Council on March 10, 2021, adopted the following:

 

1.  City Council amend the Approved  2021-2030 Capital Budget and Plan for Parks, Forestry and Recreation to create a new capital sub-project known as Colonel Samuel Smith Park Cenotaph Improvements in the Park Development project, with a project cost and cash flow commitments of $292,000 in 2021, fully funded with $88,408.31 from the Section 37 community benefit obtained from the development at 2115-2139 Lake Shore Boulevard West (Source Account: XR3026-3700403) and $203,591.69 from the various Section 42 Above 5 percent Cash-in-lieu in the chart below for the purpose of landscape improvements to the cenotaph:
