Maximizing COVID-19 Vaccine Doses for Torontonians through Compulsory Licensing
Reason for Urgency:
This Motion is urgent as any delay in encouraging domestic manufacturing of the vaccine will threaten the pandemic recovery and the health of all Canadians.
