City Council on February 2, 3 and 5, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend its decision on Item 2020.NY20.30 by deleting Part 1 and adopting instead the following:
City Council authorize the City Solicitor and appropriate City Staff to attend at the Toronto Local Appeal Body hearing to oppose Application A0572/19NY respecting 113 Ridley Boulevard.

This Motion is urgent as the Toronto Local Appeals Body hearing is imminent.
Speaker Nunziata advised Council that consideration of Motion MM28.27 requires a re-opening of Item NY20.30 (City Council – December 16, 17 and 18, 2020). A two-thirds vote of the Council Members present is required to re-open the Item.
