City Council Decision
City Council on February 2, 3 and 5, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council include the property at 324 Old Yonge Street on the City of Toronto's Heritage Register in accordance with the Listing Statement (Reasons for Inclusion), attached as Attachment 3 to the report (January 29, 2021) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning.

Speaker Nunziata advised Council that the provisions of Chapter 27, Council Procedures, need to be waived to permit introduction of Motion MM28.26. A two-thirds vote of Council Members present is required to waive notice.
