In accordance with Section 195-8.4 of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 195 (Purchasing), authorized the award of Contract Number Request for Proposal Number 21ECS-TI-01LR, Request for Proposal Number Doc2972891793 to R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, having submitted the highest scoring proposal and meeting the requirements of the Request for Proposal to provide program management, preliminary design, detailed design services, during construction and post construction services, for a nine (9) year period from 2021 to 2029, for the Local Roads Capital Works Program Management assignment in support of Transportation Services' and Toronto Water's 2023 to 2027 Capital Plan for the total amount of $29,137,259 net of all applicable taxes and charges, $29,650,075 net of Harmonized Sales Tax recoveries, including contingencies.
