City Council Decision
City Council on July 14, 15 and 16, 2021, adopted the following:
1. City Council amend the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Gary Drive, between Wendell Avenue and a point 30 metres west to be in effect at all times on the north side of Gary Drive, between Howbert Drive and Wendell Avenue.

Community Council Recommendations
The Etobicoke York Community Council recommends that:
1. City Council amend the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Gary Drive, between Wendell Avenue and a point 30 metres west to be in effect at all times on the north side of Gary Drive, between Howbert Drive and Wendell Avenue.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates bus service on Gary Drive, City Council approval of this report is required.
Transportation Services is recommending that parking be prohibited at all times on the north side of Gary Drive, between Howbert Drive and Wendell Avenue. The proposed amendment will help address, through enforcement, concerns regarding vehicles parking on this section of road and blocking driveways.
