At its meeting held November 9, 10, and 12, 2021, City Council appointed the following two members to the board for a term of office from November 13, 2021 to November 10, 2025, and until successors are appointed:

- Sharleen Ahmed

- Howard Lichtman

As part of this process, Paula Oliveria's term of office on the board came to an end effective November 12, 2021.
