City Council Decision

City Council on March 10, 2021, adopted the following:

 

1.  City Council direct the City Manager to report directly to City Council on how City staff respond to unsolicited proposals.

 

2.  City Council request the Auditor General to consider a review of the Toronto Office of Partnerships as part of the next Auditor General's Annual Work Plan, with a focus on its relationship to public procurement.

 

3.  City Council direct the Chief Technology Officer to complete public and stakeholder consultation on building and procuring digital infrastructure, and related policies for the Digital Infrastructure Plan and to report to the General Government and Licensing Committee by end of the second quarter of 2021.
