As requested by City Council, Corporate Real Estate Management held public consultations, with specific outreach to people with disabilities on proposed changes to the waiting area/bus shelters at City Hall and other locations that are used by Toronto Transit Commission Wheel-Trans or other customers with disabilities. This presentation provides the results of the consultations, including the steps Corporate Real Estate Management is taking to address the feedback received.
