1. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to the Department of Canadian Heritage - Recovery Funding for Professional Arts Presentation Organizations together with all necessary supporting documentation to offset venue operating costs.

2. Authorized and directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live to submit a grant application to Canadian Arts Presentation Fund - Miziwe Biik Aboriginal Employment and Training together with all necessary supporting documentation for a wage subsidy for two staff positions.
