1. Directed the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live and the Vice President, St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment, TO Live to continue to work on:

a. A workplan and next steps for the project and report back to the TO Live - St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment Committee.

b. A draft vision statement, in consultation with Committee members.

c. Outreach within Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) communities.

d. Financial modelling with the consultant.
