The Board of Directors of TO Live:
1. Authorized the bargaining mandates with Unifor Local 2003E and SEIU Local 2, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 4, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live.
2. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 4, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety as it is about labour relations or employee negotiations.

The Board of Directors of TO Live recessed its public session to meet in closed session to consider the item as it pertains to labour relations or employee negotiations.
